Export Development Bank establishes relations with international banks
The Iranian Export Development Bank (EDB) has formed brokerage ties with 105 foreign banks in order to establish international relations. Among the foreign partners are 20 banks from Europe, dealing in Euro, from Asia, for example China and India, as well as African countries.
The EDB has resumed relations to international banks via SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication). SWIFT is a telecommunication network which transmits information and transactions between more than 10.000 banks worldwide.
